I like the black and whit version. in the main version I will remove the degrade and the shadow effect in the HD

Not sure what HR stands for in your particular logo, but I believe it it is Human Resources. I am also not sure what part of the world you are in, but if you are deigning fr westerners, you way want to include a female bust along with the male bust.

you would try to choose Myriad font or Futura, maybe Helvetica, combine the bolds with gray colors
