Brief from client
Well i create this logo without any brief from the client and i am still working on the other options ...

Is there a chance of getting the detail in the faces larger - if printed in small, you will not recognize the faces. colors are good, but I would delete the background shading completely.What is the purpose of the two blue arcs? Maybe you can separate the HR completely from the connected. I see, this is not going to be easy...
Thanks Brockmann for your feedback i tried to make faces large but there is no possibility and just because of faces i used arch to make more prominent

I actually prefer your first attempt.... I think it has more going for it than this one. I like the connected font but maybe bring up the size of the HR to match the connected.... my ratings are for your previous version
I like this i have to look at the other version but i think you did well with the colors and layout

I would try to make the symbol more "readable"- faces. Your idea is fine but still somehow lacks the impact. Some playing with the font may bring you some help there.
i appreciate your advise will work on it ::: i thing i forgot to explain that all grey text will be in metallic silver (shiny) after that i hope symbol will come out but let me work on your suggestions keep in touch :)

i like the idea , but i like more the first logo the orange one .
try increase <HR> size and various fonts type
I like it but could not understand the H in HR at first.
I wonder if you should separate the symbol from the text?
Go for "R" Helvetica Bold, don't be shy.
yes defiantly i will try Helvetica but as i said waiting for client reply
I like the direction this is going. I think the faces are obvious and even at small size would be identifiable. I do not think you can rest on the "shiny ink" excuse as OFTEN the client will print items cheaply and choose to NOT use the more expensive inks (additionally anything online or printed from a desktop computer will not be shiny ink).
I agree fully with the idea of H&R being the same font as one another, give the R some weight. In your second posted sample above the line under the logo with the tag line should be moved to right justified so it ends with the R not the H, it currently seems to emphasize"ctedH" for no real reason.
The line above the tag line could simply live under HR with the tag line words stretching to wherever they end (probably starting under the T or E and ending justified the R.
Thanks ckoens & arthurmani i have submitted all the draft to the client and waiting for her reply and still waiting because she is out of town once she will be back i will come up with the approved logo and improve as per you guys feedback i would be happy if you guys will help me in my future work as well ...

Maybe change the typography and integrate to them, the colors are good
