Iceberg Insurance
Brief from client
The title says it all really. I went for simplicity with this one. As I worked through it, I stripped it down as far as possible and got to this point.
Comments / thoughts are very welcome. Cheers
(Bet you thought it was spam didn't you!?) :)
I've finally tweaked this and have taken into account much of the feedback that I got from you guys...
Changed the 'insurance' font.
Tightened up the distances between the mark and type.
Changed the color slightly.
I still prefer this over the variations which contain the text below the iceberg, as I feel that it takes away from the iceberg/reflection and although the text below is potentially representative of the iceberg below the 'tip' don't think that it adds anything more than what it takes away i.e the reflection.
One issue that I have with all versions is the fact that it doesn't really work in pure single color as I always aim for. It works in grayscale, but not all one color. Anyway, I appreciate your feedback as always :)

This composition. Looks great.
I also prefer this one :)
My fav too!
yes this composition is way better but if you want to keep your original composition then i feel it works well on the blue background but not on the white background
A quirky idea just popped into my head, you say about how you like the second of text being underneath the iceberg to emphasize the reflection.. well how about reflecting the word INSURANCE so its upside down to emphasize this reflection thing even more?? just an idea it might be to hard to read :)
the logo is well made, do not get me wrong. but in addition to whether the typo can still be more incorporated into the logo better, I wonder whether this is really original ...
Have you tried a horizontal layout yet? I think this will translate well but it would be interesting to see and a good litmus test as to the versatility of this logo concept.
