I like the dynamical icon, but "Job" word in faded color definitely will not work; in my opinion try avoid "fades and shadows" in a logo, doesn't work at all and even worse if need be applied in vinyl for a commercial car or van. Everything else looks okay... just need be polished to get the final and proper shine.
