Negocio dedicado al entretenimiento juvenil, participativo en colaboración con centros de espectáculos.
First though, take off the gradient background from now on, it's not needed because it takes away from the focus on the logo, or just makes us think that since your logo isn't strong enough by itself, so you need to add a gradient background. No no, a plain white background is fine.
Your symbol looks like its getting there but I think that your lines are a little... off? It doesn't look like a leaf per-se, or wait, is it a leaf??? WHAT IS IT!!! Perhaps a better drawn out leaf would help as well lol
The "veins" of your leaf should line up with the "cut outs" of the edges, otherwise your logo looks very sloppy. I also don't like your font choice, I don't mind that it's scripty, but are you going for a hand-made look? What is this logo really about? You have to be very careful with very stylish fonts for your text because people wont be able to read it. Your subtext is hardly legible (and its not because I don't speak spanish!) use a more legible font, trust me it will help loads.
No flattery. Your symbol is just awful. However the font choice is nice and really says mint to me. Make it a bit more tidy . I know it's some entertainment for kids something but... it still needs to be a little tidy. So work on the symbol.. if not focus on the text, give it a little original touch and it can go like that :D
*shouting like an Irish sea captain, spittle hitting the screen and everything* : CAN WE SEE IT WITHOUT THE BACKGROUND, YA WEE BONNY LASS!
Heh... Sorry. I feel better now. That said:
-I really would like to see all logos without any kind of color box behind them- it makes it much harder to see just the logo.
-The subtext is WAY too small. It's too small AND it's in a script font- that's a no no. Up the font AND make it a sans serif or something- something easier to read, especially if you have a script font for your main text.
-The leaf is kind 'eh'. The veins don't really match up with the leaf, but we can just call that artistic license. But maybe just work on the leaf a little bit- make it look more like a leaf.

I like the colors.
