Almost ambigram, I like it. First "d" it's a little problematic in my opinion but the rest is on my taste.

Your logo draft with its "i" in italic reminds me a lot of the latest version of the "AVIA" logo. AVIA (http://www.avia.de) is a brand of petrol stations in Germany.
