Yes remove the others. If you can't an admin will anyway.

I actually like the logo though. Only part of it I don't like is the font used for the 'Ingeniería S.A.S'. Looked too narrow.

The image of the white road in the logo (I'm assuming that's what it is meant to symbolise.) needs it a bit more perspective. Even the curves.

An example suggestion would be this.
