If the audience stubble to read it at first glance the logo is not successful.

If you are going to use this typeface, you need to make the devil-girl the key. Make her the main image and use the type underneath. So that the Devilgirl iswhat they 'read'. Also, the multiple outlines may be contributing the readability issues.
