Brief from client
No client. I am testing this logo for sale.
Ok. let’s see who is the real geek. Solve this equation, and you’ll get the name of the brand. This is a logo that will intrigue you and get your attention. One more time you’ll find your self in front of the blackboard and remember the days when the math and physics made your life miserable. Suitable for all companies dealing with computers, programming, logic games …

I like the idea but I think the 2 containers are bit too much. Too heavy.
There is a basic flow in your idea which makes it kinda worthless.
You are doing a logo for math & computer geeks. They will surely understand it but they need logo to show and do business with their clients who couldn't care less about math stuff or their geekdom.
They actually need a logo their clients will easily understand and like.
Epic fail.
You don't need to be the rocket scientist to understand the logo. Just the basic knowledge from elementary school would be enough. I think you exaggerate a bit with that "epic fail", but thanks for the critique anyway.
OK-
One- Don't take harsh critiques too bad. Personally I am glad Splash is on here.
Two- The idea is cool... Clever.
3. For fuck's sake- don't be one of those web2.0 logo "makers" In a couple of years you will have to throw away all of your work because the fad is over.
Just some food for thought.
-G13:.
Look at it... It would work better on a plain field of green. Like a chalkboard. That will stand the test of time. All this gloss and 3D will be over soon.
"smart systems"
You need to go 'back in time' to find some real 'gems' and crowd pleasers.
This rational expression is not simplified since you can eliminate the "r" that is dividing "a * r squared * t". So you are left with "a * r * t".
You then eliminate the squared root and the squared of (s*m).
Sorry I couldn't help it.
