This look super dated. At least to me. You messed up with the man font and it looks terrible.This cursive is pretty hard to read. I'd avoid using manuscript fonts when it comes to logo design. They're not really made for that purpose.

Globally, I don't feel a lot of research, bench-marking and sketching behind this logo.
