This is just a really great concept. I love how the 3 creates the idea of a duck. Nothing really to advise on here aside from the type: the subheader is veeery stretched out, to the point where it's difficult to read.
IMHO the idea is catchy at first, but sends a rather confusing message because a after looking at it the mind questions where are all the 3 Little Ducks, as we see only one. So from a physiological point of view, it is ambiguous.
I think the orange leg joints should be ordered "Send to back" under the duck's lower abdomen.
Lovely typography with "Three Little Ducks" but the grey seems to have been over shadowed by using a lot of red at the top and below on the tagline.
Echoing botw: extreme spacing of the tagline.
Also the tagline is not stretched well enough to correspond the logotype.
I personally don't believe you need to show three little ducks to send the message. The body of the duck is a big #3 so that clearly state the purpose of the duck and the #3. Good job, would change the font in the bottom tho and less space between them.
I love this 3duck! Great! I love the font, but I am not sure it goes with the symbol - but that might be because of the scaling and colors. Your cute duck will read well as a smaller size! The kerning on the subtext might work if it was all caps and bolder. Over all nice logo!

Otherwise, I love it! Very nice.
I thin it works in every way. The only thing I don't like is the extreme spacing of the tagline. It's almost impossible to read.
