TK DESIGNS

Brief from client

To bring their existing logo a bit more up to date and use the colours black and silver. They make quality handmade furniture

So this was my quick effort to bring their existing logo up to date. I didnt want to lose all of the style the old logo had. Please let me know your thoughts!

very old fonts do not go well if your brand is new.

At first glance, I read Tik. It would be more readable if the two parts of the K were fully connected.

Improvement on the original. Agree that it does read tik at first.

I think it has potential, but needs a bit more tweaks to make it more dynamic. Would like to see a more creative version of this.

You have good bases but it does not look contemporary, I suggest something like this

Could take some time to explain how this is contemporary, please?

I too can see it being either "Tik" or TK. I think bringing the two parts of the K together would take care of that issue. That said, I think it is a great pairing of the two letters. As for it being contemporary, I think it is great. Knowing what business they are in could help the understanding (this seems like a great fit for a "contemporary" interior design or furniture design firm).

I would take some focus off of "DESIGNS" to give more to the ligature. Perhaps if it was the same color as the ligature or if it was a smaller type size with greater tracking.

Overall great mark. I love the "TK" pairing.
