Concept work

Sydney restaurant by the water. Simple colours at the moment to start.

I'm all for minimalistic flat design but what the hell is this.

This is not working at all. First, the name is totally lost in the middle of all that empty space. Look at the thumbnail version, you just see two big triangles.

Globally, it looks like you wanted an overall simple design but you wound up with something simplistic. The simplest logos are most of the time the most difficult to achieve. I'm ready to bet you didn't spend more than 5 minutes on this one, did you? =)

Keep doodling, preferably on paper =)

Agreed with the above. Definitely needs more thought put into this. I'd like to see gnarly curvy sails if that's the only subject matter, not two triangles.

Im not a fan on thoses colors, and maybe if you put a little curve this design could pop out a little bit more, keep working its not that bad
