Brief from client 

This is for a client that needed a logo for a new brewery called 19 cent.He wanted a lounde style for his logo. This isn't the final logo, any criticism is welcome.

I think it works for the brief. The only problem is that because of the glow there is no contrast. I think it's best to remove it.
