Brief from client
My company is basically going to provide business consulting, mentoring and inspirational services. 3DK (my first three kids names start with Ds and the baby is K). I like grey, red and pink for business ideas.
Updated it a bit, the client also wanted the color red instead of blue.

I still don't know what's with the diamond.
number 3 is not balance with the letter D and K and the diamond symbolized what?Education?Encourage?Inspire?be more specific to your work.
As said above.. this doesn't look inspirational. It looks cold and corporate to me.
I would take TinBird's advice and change the color scheme and use a more organic mark.
