It does not look balanced, the 3 reads more like an E.
you have 2 parts both fighting to gain attention, I would leave the tagline as a text and same color.

I am not feeling this... The X stands out to much from the other font. maybe if you gave that swoosh like in the N on the X . (give the X more motion to it rather than solid straight harsh lines. Also the EF logo is not really working for me, it looks like the E is backwards. Good starting point but it needs some placement work.

This doesn't work because you basically have two logos.

Remove the big green X and spend more time on the real symbol. I don't really like how the F looks like. But I can definitely see a 3 and not an E.
