Yeah, this isn't working. The 3f combination just doesn't click together, the diagonal line coming off of the f (which I'm guessing is there to try and represent the other leg of the x?) looks out of place, and the subtext is teeeeerrible. Way too thin, way too slanted, and REALLY poorly kerned. Look at the space between the E and the R as compared to the space between the I and the N- really off.

I'd start all over with a pen and some paper- sketch out a few ideas and see what you come up with!
