Thats too many elements... think you can choose only one, and simplify it. For this kind of service, think that black/gray always get better, make it glamorous and modern.
you can barely read the business name, the colors are also rather unprofessional together. Try changing colors and removing the type from the logo itself, perhaps placing it to the right of the logo. I think this would look better as a 1 color, or 2 color logo.
you should really remember "less is more" ...the colors reminds me of Frankenstein monster and it´s rather childish than professional. It´s chaotic and unbalanced. The name of the company looks more like a watermark you can barely read... look at your client most- known architectural style and try to reflect it, Be wise in the use of negative space and start from zero.
Way too much going on here, and I completely agree about the text being unreadable - it's white on light green! It's disappearing completely. I'd go with one or the other element here- pick either the pencil or the compass and go with it. Last thing- the colors are definitely a 'no go'!
