Open brief, avoid cliche bank images i.e money.
Private investment bank in London. I researched the money world and found some FTSE 100 diagrams, they showed some nice bar charts in a circular format. As ACP invest heavily in FTSE 100 companies I used this as a source of inspiration to create the logotype shown.

i like it, its definitely different, not so sure about the font used on the subtext though and the way its kearned
I'm with Oxyd on this one. It looks dated to me, like straight from the early 80's.
I can sens that it has been by a pro, though, but yeah, it looks old.
now that you've said this i kinda see where your coming from, it does look a little dated
