I don't understand what there is to critique, it's just a lowercase version of the existing logo. In reality all you did was change two letters.

Yes, this is a lower case version and another version on previously post. Do you math right - there are three letters that has been changed, not two.

But more to the point what kind of critique are you looking for when you are modifying an existing logo?
