Only girls
African girls at the center of attention. African map becomes the hair...at works....rough edges and some parts smooth....full blown to give the girls the feeling of beautiful and volume on their hair...and blowing.

the idea of the hair being the african continent is ok, but you can work on it a little bit more so it looks more like a hair style, cuz' my first look was that the girl was just above the continent.
also the map is a really clean abstraction and the girl is more like realistic, try to have the girl more abstract instead of realistic.
you said that the girl is blowing, but why is that?? i really didn't notice that, until i read that she was blowing....
the color is ok for the symbol but try to change a bit on the text, cuz' is a salon for girls...
typo is ok for something from africa, but a salon i think is more like chic style and fancy, maybe you can play with some other fonts and see if you like something else...
