That is just too much in my opinion. Strip away the distracting parts and maybe use the U with a correctly drawn waterdrop.

And again, without a brief we can't help much :( Please write something about what the client wanted.

Way too complicated. Simplify a lot. Keep only one idea. And make that idea a bit more original than a water droplet.

We also need the brief of description, otherwise it's hard to understand what it's for.

I'll just echo the previous comments. Too much going on and way too cramped.

i feel you should go back to the drawing board and thinking up some more ideas. The only thing that works for me is the colors but other than that nothing is doing it.

to the overall looks good, but too complex for this logo and the letters used are different.

Toss it in the bin and start over.
