Already better, than the first, but I don't associate it from media. Clean a contour. The font is primitive, as it seems to me. I don't see your creative work

This is really 'in your face' approach but OK.
This could work as an acronym word mark with some refining.
First, get rid of that thin outline, it doesn't help anything.
2nd, try scaling logo down to small size and see if your sub-line 'media solutions' works, I think it's too thin and will be unreadable at small size.
And for last... try playing with main acronym typography, maybe you can find something that looks better then this.
