Is realy need it the name of the chef???????? If I were you I do it with out the name and put reposteria & pasteleria in the same line
This is a very simple design. And its refreshing. Logos are meant to be a part of an experience, and with the colored background, you are creating experience. And it all works well.
So now I have to ask you. If this is a LOGO for this chef, does this chef ONLY make Alaska? If you have a feature dessert menu or an ad or a website I think it would be a little confusing to use a product name as the logo name.
Try playing with the different ingredients, or the different ways to say alaska, or, maybe the shape of that particular dessert.
Just some ideas.
However, if this is a logo for only that one product, the Alaska, then its awesome. :) The dessert must be very simple, smooth and custardy.

Like usual, the simplest and the most effective logos are the best. I think it maybe need just en pictograms in the letters work to remember her speciality.
