I like the colors, but the logo is very hard to read. The spacing between the elements is varied and thus it doesn't feel good. Overall it has a very heavy and brutal feel. Make it much lighter and friendlier.

I think the colors reflect the energy that the brand need, but there are too many gradients, don't be afraid of using solid colors. Try to use a grid to enhance the spacing and also try to use a different type that matches with the symbol, a square one should work.
Extra Tip: Add a unique twist to your symbol in order to get a memorable logo.
