Too many outlines. The one split by 2014 should be the last one in black, there's no need for additional/outer outline. Focus should be on the tiger (try making it a bit bigger) and Aliaga.

I like the colors, but the logo is way too detailed. Simplify it a bit, there are too many strokes.
