I think you were trying to make the letters here look like the keys on the clarinet, right? So while I appreciate the idea behind it, this doesn't work for me in the end.

The text (while it does an interestingly good job of looking like keys) is really hard to read. So much that I have to squint my eyes and sound out the name to get it.

And the uneven stroke of the clarinet that gets so thin in some areas- isn't really doing it for me. Maybe it'd be better if the thin parts were a little thicker?? I guess I'd just work on contouring the shape/thickness of the line more.

Last thing, I don't think you need the drop shadow!

This can certainly use some work. Will have to agree with sara in that the drop shadow isn't necessary, and I will go further to say that the purple background is also unnecessary. Please upload a revision on a white background so we can just focus on the logo.

The symbol can instead be purple (or for you probably a dark purple or dark grey, not that "Barney" purple you have here!) the outlines would appeal to the eye better also if they were consistently the same width throughout.

The font is in a good starting point choice wise, as san serifs would work better here imo, but that font doesn't work.. Try a thicker font.
