A logo requires much more then just an icon. You don't have a company name or anything, just what looks like clipart that was drawn in Word. Needs a lot more work.

Doesn't look like a bell and shape isn't pretty. Try harder!

The shape makes me think more of a rocket than a bell, to be honest. I realized it was a bell thanks to the color, which means it would never work in black and white. Besides, it tells me nothing about your company, not even its name.

I believe you should start over, thinking about what you want to convey through your logo (why a bell for an IT firm?), and in the meanwhile practice with illustrator so that the results can be better than this.
