i think colors are great as they are now. but its also too overloaded with the strokes and contour. My suggest remove the black font "APAD"and stay with the white, also remove the black circle around the green one. i think the green circle itselft is good enought. Now, the font used in "Associa..." is not really good looking have a really bad perspective. Make it work. Good Luck!
