very cleaqn, corporate look of he service to help people find apartments and living in ny without broker fees, etc. current apartment finder logo uses arial alraedy so san-serif font must be used.

Man, Its look good, simple and clean. But I don't uped to Idea cause I don't see something creative and new, Anyway, try explore other possibilities with this start, good luck!
There's really nothing wrong with this. It is maybe a little bland. I'm sure you can find a sans serif with a little more character than that.
The stacking of the symbol explains what this company provides. The font is easy to read and pleasing. If this were to be an embroidery project...may have some trouble reading.
