So I changed the font in the tagline (not really sure if its better). Also moved the tagline a bit closer and align it to the and of the l. Changed the wavy line also, and deleted the colors from the dot.
@2423media didn't quite understand the idea making the characters in "april" not completely closed. What do you mean by that?

As much as I like the "whimsical" of this logo, I come from 15 years in the print industry, amongst other things, and you're going to run into troubles when this logo is printed. Wherever your lines turn thin, they will disappear in the printing process! When creating logos, its all fine that they are beautiful and pleasing and such, but you must keep in mind how easily it will reproduce and I'm afraid this one won't reproduce well, especially on something as small as a business card and envelope. Not to mention the muted, faded colour may not reproduce well either. Thicken up the thin lines and strengthen the colours and repost.

Much better tagline and wave. I think the symbol is still quite weak, but it's better than ver 1.

the type looks good, but i still think you need to fix those lines up for April. i agree with tazmanean_devil.
