Brief from client
Its a local tree, landscape, and lawncare company!
Ok- my initial reaction was that its really cute......then I looked at it for a while. These may be things that just bug me personally- but I'm not particularly fond of the script font at the bottom- esp the way LLC looks. Then, being an all linework symbol, paired with a linework font....makes the "Acadia" font seem out of place (as the only rough-edged item in the whole logo).
I think some simplifying could be done- like removing the lines in the fence, the stripes on the house. They would get to small to recognize in small applications. Then maybe the 3 lines at the front door- they seem like space filler.
I am not sure if this is intentional- but they need to trim the trees out front! lol Can't get outta that house!
This has some really cool potential. But I'd love to see more consistency between all these strokes. Right now, if you count the word mark, we have 3 different thickness. I'd have the same for the symbol and the subtext at least.
So the client completely denied this style after initially saying they loved it. Theyre now going to a minimal wordmark, and a single tree. So unfortunately, I'm not pushing this one any further. Its disappointing to be honest.

I completely agree with this!
I will also add that landscape is spelt wrong :D
I like it except for the font on the bottom. Try a heavier font to balance the top one!

Keep it up, this is looking pretty good so far!
