I like it man!
I don't necessarily think the shades of grey on the main line adds anything to it.. but it also doesn't take anything away from the logo.

Nothing bad to say about it man! Well done

Thanks very much. I was in two minds about the shades of grey, but needed to reflect the other version for consistency. Saying that though, I might leave them out on that version as it's kinda weird having a grey lighting effect and it works without anyway.

I agree with Shane on the light thing.

My main beef is the kerning, which could use some more tweakage.
