It's always useful, and polite, to give us a bit of context.

I guess this logo has to do with football or volleyball, from the two very small yellow balls.

To be honest, nothing is working here. It's totally uneven and unappealing.

Lines are not the same thickness, balls at the top are too small to identify, font & size is way off, and is not appealing at all. I would start from scratch, as there is too much going on to please the eye.
