It looks nice, I'm seeing a lot of different imagery here packed away into a simple icon, Lovely. One thing I'm not sure I understand is the yellow/white sort of looks like an upside down acorn, this may be intentional though, in which case no problem. The only critique I may have would be to try and enlarge the yellow/white inside the shield shape to make the type a bit larger. Btw, love the colors.
