Brief from client
A business of suplies, suports and training of commercial solutions and tax issues. Four young guys there are looking for there space in local market.
Some corrections in icon color and in the kerning.

Way too similar to the Walmart logo in my opinion.
Really, it was like a Walmart, but not copied, but follow my concepts to arrive at this result,
the client liked the first presentation, and am awaiting approval. Branches are distinct, different ideas that came to a similar result.
It's not too bad.
The symbol is a tad bit too generic, or not specific enough.
I'd reduced the size of the subtext.
I see the resemblance with the Walmart logo, but it's nothing too serious.
Not a bad effort.

I agree with Brendan. Too similar to Walmart (even the colors). I do like the addition of the exclaimation point, but I'm not sure why you are choosing this symbol, or what it means. Is it derived from something? Does it have significance?
Here's an idea: Tax and business solutions reminds me of guys who roll up their sleeves, sharpen their pencils and get to work. So...what if you turned the "A" in their name into a pencil point. I feel like it could work as a simple, global, telegraphic symbol...etc. And, if they ever animate their logo, it could move and write and become a catalyst to deliver information and content (drawing, writing, etc)
AbbaSez, the exclamation point referred to the different thinking of the guys, cause in our city, there are other two companies that make similar job, but yet with old metods and thinkig. They want to catch the market with a inovating support issues and training to the places they'll serve.
That exclamation out the shape is about: think outside the box. And the blue shapes remember the lights of leds in aparrel.
My client liked this version, and if you have any suggestion to improve in this same thinking, I would thank you.
I don't like the concept of the logo. My opinion is to re-design the logo from scratch, clearing your brain from the current design.
when i look at it i see the new walmart logo,
to me its too similar but overall good presentation and layout
looks like a walmart subsidiary or something very close to it. maybe lose the colors or the symbol itself, but i love the AUTOMAC font.
