The weight is very poor here: a very fat symbol against a very thin wordmark. Just take a look at the thumbnail of this design in the sidebar, "BUSINESS FOR TEAM" is unreadable.

The symbol looks like a "b" to the gigantic fourth power. Looks like this logo has to do with math.

I can't find a good reason to put the wordmark vertical and to make it look insignificant and weak.

I have to say I did not notice the 4 had a lowercase T in it.

i can see the symbol...it's really "fat"...the watermark on small size will disappear and hard to read...if you decide to let it there change it's color (red for example) and play with the proportions....
