Brief from client
Providers of luxury real estate. My client really likes all my gold and black work and was after specifically that.
Going for my own twist towards the Sanborn map styles.
I've been a little busy and haven't had much free time recently. Always keep an eye on what's going on though. I'll make sure to remember that for next April ;)
The design is great i really like it, has a professional look but what bothers me is that it looks like a whisky label and it might not be suitable for the Real Estate Industry.
The original concept came from using the name's on Monopoly boards. There are already other estate agents in the area, and my client is going for the higher luxury end of the retail market. It has been designed to suit my client needs and stand out from the crown of other real estate agents. .
I agree though, I feel it doesn't strike out to be the typical real estate logo, but as its been kept clean, this style can be broken down to using just the logotype on its own.
Thanks Lonzo, and welcome! I've always gone against the grain and tried to produce what others did not want to. I love the super complex but with purpose and balance. Cool to see some people appreciate it too!

Simple variation.
Hey, it's been a while!
I won't waste time commenting on this logo, you know what I think =)
So, are you happy with the new Royal Baby?
Haha, I commend you for your efforts on BOTW, I really cant keep up. You deserve so many pencils.
Cool!!!
Havn't been here too long. Has Joe White ever submitted a bad logo? That would make a great April fools joke :)
Good work once again. Looks great!

Brilliant. Been looking at Joe's work on BOTW. The amazing thing with all his work is the use of so much detail, without clutter. Just awesome.
