Can you give us a bit more information about this logo? What is it for? Why that particular insight? What does the subtext say ?

Is there a reason for a last letter " Y " being distant from " R I Z K " or is it a poor kerning? Also, I cannot get that gradient circle presence - at first I thought of a bitten pita bread...
