There's a good idea here, but this logo needs way more work.

You can't really have both the scissors and the electric razor. It's too complicated, even more with the stroked cable.

I'd remove the razor, have the scissors without the perspective effect. And also find a better font than this. We're almost in 2013, Impact has to go now! =)

And why "tha"? Is that a typo or is it deliberate?

The razor bothers me so much, perhaps its because it looks like its been image traced from an actual photo of a razor, look at those tiny lines at the razors blades! Major print meltdown!

I will have to agree with the previous comment, shawali hits it on the hairs with this one. I would just try to redo it with a better font and no evil razor!
