It looks more like a hamburger to me. Nothing in this suggest French fries. Not being a Spanish speaker, I had to look at your title to know what the words meant. The red and yellow do suggest food. I do see the fry with ketchup on it, but I think it's lost in the overall hamburger look. Don't put 2020 on there. If you were a 30 or 40 year old business, that might mean something.
