BBP

the only thing that bothers me is the dimension of the symbol. If you can rearrange it and make it smaller it would be better. Like symbol on top and smaller... Also would make the subtext the same length as BBP..

As well as being too big, icon is a little too abstract in my opinion. Not sure if it's supposed to represent the letters in the company name or water or if it's just a shape. It distracts rather than enhance. The font is nothing special, but can work if more time is taken on it. The orange color is alright ,but the other color is a mystery to me, not sure whether it's grey, blue or black?

Re-sized all to uniformity

Now services is too big, maybe you should try having it same size of BBP.
Am not sure what the symbol represents. Try rearranging the elements in a more balanced way.

try incorporating the symbol with the typography, maybe replace the first B from "BBP" with the symbol, which stands for the B letter. It's pretty obvious. and maybe you can fix the curve where the "road" meets the arrow, it's not smooth and looks bad. I hope this was helpful.

I think the symbol it`s quite complex maybe you should try to make it more simple, as grove said maybe creating some incorporation on the first B.
You have to think about this logo aplications, if remains that tall its going to be difficult for you when have to design the rest of the corporate elements for the brand.

the colors are a little opaque (maybe it´s my computer screen ) i think the best advice is to resize the symbol to get a better equilibriium, and maybe make the "services" caption a little bolder, also a more detailed brief is great to make good critiques.
