it looks ohkai, but it looks more like a scenery or a drawing of sumthing going on rather then a logo, make it more specific, it basically has nothing to do with diapers. but i love the colors tho.

very nice concept....but i think this is not for logo,this is for advertisement design.
a sample or rather a design for diaper wrapping.make it simple.

Like the others said this would work for an advertisement as such but not a logo it has too much going on for you to take it al in. If its only for an assignment then its alright.
