I just wanted some opinions on this logo. There seems to be something missing or something too much.

Poor doggy, it gone did pee itself!
This is kind of bad, it needs work. Is there a specific reason you want to use a picture? Why a "distressed" font? Those two fonts don't really go together. Perhaps you want to align your text on the left if you really want the picture to be on the right. And do you really need the circle?
And is the blue pee really necessary?
There's a lot going on, I think you need a clearer vision of what you want to communicate with your logo.
Not good enough for a design company.
It's better to not use photographs in a logo and keep it 100% vector. It would be a mess if you need to magnify it.
And it also look cheap, especially for a design company.
The font choice is terrible. Stay away as much as you can from fantasy fonts.
That blue poodle is weird. It can be either pee or blood. In any was, nothing good.
please remove this... please.
The worst part is the photo. A sketch would be better. Also the type seems a bit canned.
