Nice beginning, the only thing that bothers me, is the shadow below the letters. i think it would be better if the angle is the same with the exagon lines.(45°)

Way too small of a sample. Can you post one of the logos and enlarge it for us? I think in any case, the subtext is a bit too tiny.

Agree with Killswitch, the subtext needs to be larger if you are having it as part of each logo. Maybe shorten the "E" to the same height as the the BLU & SAG text lines. then have the subtext run under the entire text.

Personally, I would lose the long shadow all together. And this is minor, but jumps out at me.. The A is Sage looks wider than the L its directly under. maybe play with the width of that letter/

And different color hex for each of the different divisions would be cool,

Agreed with Oilman on the typography, it should be widened for sure, and the E could stand to be shortened to make room.

Everything else looks pretty nice.

Agree the subtext needs to be larger. I have never been a fan of the single letter over two words gimmick, to me it is very amateurish. You handled the weight of the letterforms well, but I would highly recommend against it for many reasons, starting with readability. I would also caution against the long shadow effect, it has been very popular the last couple of years and could make your logo very dated a few years from now. Over all, good start, like the colors, like the font, get to tweaking.

I really like this logo.

Now I would remove the subtext altogether. I always advise against having it as part of the logo. You can have it as an option, but the logo itself shouldn't be altered if you remove it.
