Personal job for stock
Minimalist logo in black color with four concave shapes with direction to intersect. The shapes resemble the curvature of a boomerang, also like sound waves traveling through the air.

I do see the boomerang and the soundwaves at the same time, and that's good. But I don't think the 3D effect i's working, it would only complicate the different applications for the logo and if you wanna keep it simple and minimalist just go with a flat color. Also the font doesn't add anything to it, it's just some random font... the curves and movement in the boomerang/waves already gives you a hint of what kind of font to use.

The symbol shape is neat, but those effects need to go. They are ruining it.
Try a lot of fonts to see what works, because this doesn't.
