I think this is Fab! the only beef i have with it is how the G and S touch each other, i think if you found a better solution to that then you are on to a winner. I prefer this to Version 1.

Great hand lettering. I'm not feeling these two O and the tail of the D under them. It feels like it goes against the general flow.
Also, the whole "est. XXXX" is a bit gimmicky now, especially with any year after 1980 =)
