You need to make it more personal. It's a too general idea.

I agree its a good logo but very boiler plate, look at the bands of the world logo for instance. Its very fun. and has the same elements your logo has.

Well. I think first of all that the globe doesn't participate as a personal part of the logo for many reasons. It is very common, has big size and it's very flat. I will prefer it as something more abstract. It is too big and attracts the eye first instead of the company's name which is your target. If I had to draw this logo, I will try to visualize the idea of the globe somehow and not the globe itself (just an idea). I like the "Brands International" as I see it, but I am not sure about the font. Brings me in mind something very strict and heavy (cause of the bold style). Is this good? I don't know which is the philosophy of the company. Probably in this, is participating the black color. Try to use the blue color for the globe's drawing. The blue color gives an impression of a global perspective.

It needs to be personalized. Otherwise its just a world map like those ones you find in class rooms and offices.
