The white subtext is barely readable. The extra bubbles are a bit distracting to me. Too busy.

Again, keep things simple. Remove all the bubbles altogether. They only complicate things and make the whole logo quite unpractical.

Start with the name, build from there.
Less about the pictorial, more emphasis needed on the name. It looks like it's drowning. Promote the client's business, not your nice bubbles.

Hi thanks all for your insights and suggestions. I've made some changes. the name now stands out a lot more, and the clients were happy with the final I've attached. What do you think?
