Butter

Brief from client
Daizy Butter
Registered Brand of Haleeb Foods (Pvt) limited Pakistan
I see potential in this logo, but there are mainly 2 elements that ruin the whole thing.
First, that chip of butter feels totally out of place, with these hard black strokes which clash with the soft blue and green. It does look like a clip art you picked up from the internet. If it's the case, never do that. You need to create 100% of what is in your logo. It just makes your logo looks cheap and unprofessional.
The second thing is the font for "daizy" which doesn't compliment the very nice font for "butter". you need to find a better one which doesn't break off the flow set by the italic main font.
Take this pointers into account and you'll have a pretty decent logo.
The butter actually looks more like a chiseled piece of wood to me.
Also, best to eliminate gradients until you've already got a finished product on its own. And usually drop shadow effects (like the dark yellow shapes behind your text) don't add much to a design.
